Issue: Customer reports they cannot access any domains on a shared server when connected through this AirPort Extreme. They can reach them through other routers or via personal hotspot.
Steps to Reproduce: Customer reset device back to factory settings and spent 2 hrs on the phone with AppleCare but ultimately the issue could not be resolved.
Cosmetic Condition: No damage.
Proposed Resolution: Replace AirPort Extreme under warranty.
